We carefully package the product and carry out all quality checks before processing your orders. The goods will not be damaged in transit thanks to the high-quality packaging we provide. In addition, all of our delivery staff members are well-trained to handle gifts and other merchandise.

 

If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact VaclaV on [email protected] or via WhatsApp number: 00971525872247 within the same day of receiving the item, describe the problem/ issue / defect (please attach photograph) our quality team will check, process and respond accordingly.  

 

Therefore, VaclaV for Gifts Wrapping Services does not encourage refunds and is not responsible for any damages to the items. However, depending on the circumstances, we may also conduct a thorough investigation and offer refunds.

 

Returns are not accepted by us. It really depends on the client to actually look at the request prior to completing it
doubly. However, if the order you received is completely incorrect, management will investigate and accept returns on an individual basis.
